Fly Tipping is becoming more and more of an issue and costing tax payers thousands of pounds a year.

 

It is easy to accept the cheap option but will they take proper responsibility for your waste? We will give you a waste transfer note to say that we have taken full responsibility for your rubbish.

 

Fly tipping can occur when a customer employs an unlicenced or Rogue Trader .

 

A rogue trader may not be licensed to tip rubbish legally, thus fly tipping.

There is a good possibility of you being fined for using an unlicenced trader as the rubbish is likely to be disposed of illegally. Most fly tipped rubbish that we clear is identifiable in one way or another. This rubbish remains your responsibility if you do not have the paperwork issued by a licenced waste carrier. Without this, you will still be held responsible for where your rubbish is tipped.

On the other hand, Albion Clearance Services are fully registered waste carriers and licenced to remove all rubbish. A duty of care waste transfer note will be issued to yourselves on completion of any waste removal work carried out.

We are easy to distinguish as our van has our company name written clearly across it along with all contact numbers and an email address.

 

We will provide you with a waste transfer note to show we have taken responsibility for the disposal of the rubbish.
